Students sign in with their student ID to see published results and request leave, in Bangla.
Payments are recorded with receipts that are numbered once and never reused. Mistakes are voided with a reason, never erased.

Each institute has its own address, and its records are never visible to any other institute.
Staff see only what their role allows, and every page and action is checked on the server.
Payments can't be edited or deleted; corrections are voids or refunds, with a reason.

Yes. Core is always on, and each module (attendance, exams, routine, fees, website) is switched on separately whenever you're ready.
Nothing is deleted. The module is hidden, and its records come back when it is switched on again.
No. The Fees module records payments you receive, in cash or by mobile banking, and prints receipts. There is no online payment gateway.
Students sign in with their student ID to see published results and request leave. There is no guardian login.
The student portal and your public website are in Bangla and English; the office app is in English.
